Informational purpose / commercial funding disclaimer

The Site is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to lend, a commitment to fund, financial advice, or consumer credit. Any funding discussed is a commercial transaction for established businesses, subject to underwriting, eligibility, and a separate written agreement.
